Description

Development site with full planning for three residential dwellings passed under permission 3PL/2014/0135/F. Listed Building Consent is gained under permission 3PL/2014/0136/LB.

The site is unused building adjoining the rear of 13 High Street Watton, a commercial premises.

Planning consents can be viewed on Breckland Council’s planning portal.

The current title, of which the development forms a part, is registered under Land Registry reference NK444782, representing the whole building 13 High Street, Watton. How It Works - Unconditional Timed Auction Online:

This is a binding method of sale similar to a traditional multi-lot public property auction. The only difference is the bidding takes place on line.
